The College of Real Estate Agents of Valencia forecasts a stabilization of housing and rental prices in the city by the end of the year. According to their latest report, the number of property transactions in Valencia has decreased by 20% year-on-year due to high prices, currently reaching 2,200 euros per square meter. Buyers are increasingly opting to search for properties in the suburbs rather than in the city itself.

Increase in Rental Prices in Valencia

According to data from Spain's National Institute of Statistics (INE), rental rates in Valencia have risen by 4.3% over the past year, the highest among all provincial capitals in Spain. From 2015 to 2022, the increase was 23.3%, also the highest among provincial capitals.
